Rancho del Cielo sits on the south facing slopes of the Santa Monica Mountains above Paradise Cove. Our view encompasses 220 degrees of ocean as well as the mountains to the east and Point Dume to the south. We are only 30 minutes from the city but we feel as though we live in a serene, quiet moment in time, a part of Old California. Guests at our Vacation Rental and participants at our Retreats would say, within minutes of arriving, "It's so peaceful."
Over the last twenty-five years our Rancho del Cielo Family has expanded. We have held Retreats for teachers and writers. We have given away weddings to Veterans and hosted 40 plus Pepperdine students who could not get home for Thanksgiving several years in a row. We took Police Activities League kids on hikes and hosted pizza campouts. We were the home to the MHS Cross Country Sunday morning runs and breakfast, and to many fundraisers, barbeques and 4th of July celebrations...
